Intelli Home Inspection serves to provide its clients with unbiased and accurate house inspections in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Area. Owner, Junghoon Choi provides home inspections on all homes - not only existing old homes but also the most newly built homes - as a Texas licensed professional home inspector (TREC #23028). He is currently a member of InterNACHI, CCPIA, ICC and MetroTex.
Prior to founding Intelli Home Inspection, Junghoon worked as a senior engineer in the semiconductor industry at KLA-Tencor for over 5 years, where he inspected defects in semiconductor devices for yield improvement using e-beam technology. He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
With a background in engineering, Junghoon became interested in the home inspection business as he relocated with his family across Wisconsin, California, North Carolina, and finally Texas. Through these experiences, he understood how stressful the home buying and selling process could be and fostered a passion to share his acquired knowledge with others by providing home inspections.
Although he has experience working with existing old homes, he specializes in providing home inspections for new homes and constructions, studying and staying updated on new technologies such as green building.
