Before You Schedule Your Home Inspection:

  • Have information about the property ready such as property address, square footage, and age of home. Inspection fees will be varied depending on the size of home, age of home, services, and so on.  During online scheduling, two preferred inspection dates can be chosen at your convenience.
  • Once you submit an inspection appointment, a signed Inspection Agreement must be completed by both parties before the inspection starts.
  • Inspection fee must be paid by cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card in full at the end of the inspection. The credit card payment is subject to an additional processing fee of 3 %.
  • If you are buying a existing home, you must provide a copy of Seller's Disclosure and any other inspection or engineer's reports on the subject property.
  • Make sure that all utilities will be turned on and all gas pilot lights will be lit. These conditions are very important to have a complete inspection at the scheduled time. Any re-inspection as a result of these conditions not being met will be charged as necessary.
  • Though it is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection, it is recommended. By following the inspector through the inspection, observing and asking questions, you will learn about the new home and receive tips on general maintenance.
  • The inspection report will be sent to you within 24 hours.
