Intelli Home Inspection provides a thorough and comprehensive inspection of your home, condo, rental property, commercial property, or new construction. As part of our standard home inspection, we evaluate the home's accessible structural elements, major systems, and components to determine if defects or safety issues exist. We prioritize your safety as our number one concern. Our inspection report will identify, in written format, any defects within specific systems and components that are found, along with additional comments and recommendations.

Your inspection report will be ready and sent to you within 24 hours of the inspection time. To help you better understand the specifics of the report and our findings, your inspector will review the report with you via phone call.

Structural system: foundation, framing, basement, crawlspace, roof
Exterior: siding, trim, doors, decks, balconies, porches, steps, chimney, grading, drainage
Roof: covering, drainage system, skylight, chimney, penetrations, flashing, eaves, soffits, fascia
Electrical system: supply wiring, main service panel, circuit breakers, grounding and bonding, GFCI and AFCI, lights, outlets
Heating system: furnace or boiler, exhaust piping, heat ducts or piping
Air conditioning: central of wall mounted A/C units
Plumbing system: supply piping, faucets, fixtures, waste and vent piping, water heater
Interior: walls, ceilings, floors, steps and chairs, doors, windows, garage doors, fireplace, safety glass
Insulation and ventilation: insulation and vapor retarders in unfinished areas (attics and crawlspaces)
Appliances: dishwashers, food waste disposers, range food and exhaust systems, ranges, cooktops, ovens, microwave ovens, mechanical vent systems, garage door operators, dryers
